DeNise | Paper, Mixed-Media & Home Artist Utah-based artist DeNise has been creating beautiful things since she was just six years old. What began as an early love of making has grown into a lifelong creative practice spanning handmade paper goods, mixed-media pieces, paintings, home décor, and one-of-a-kind crafts. Layers of texture, color, pattern, and unexpected detail are hallmarks of her work. Nature is a recurring influence—appearing through earthy palettes, botanical elements, rustic materials, seasonal themes, and the quiet beauty of the landscapes around her. Whether she is working with paper, paint, found materials, or decorative elements, DeNise creates with curiosity and an instinctive eye for bringing individual pieces together in a way that feels warm and uniquely her own. Her work is made to add beauty to everyday spaces and moments - from a handwritten note or thoughtfully wrapped gift to artwork and décor that make a home feel more personal. Handmade, expressive, and created from a lifetime of imagination, DeNise’s work embodies what Juniper + Fire celebrates most: authentic craftsmanship, natural inspiration, and the belief that beautiful things are made to be lived with.
