Unity in Opposition

Karick’s intricate geometric work draws the eye inward through layer after layer of symmetry, pattern, and vivid color. Created over 100+ hours, the piece is built through painstaking pen-and-ink detail, with concentric forms, fine linework, and meticulously repeated motifs creating a composition that feels both architectural and organic.

Bold blues, reds, greens, golds, and black are balanced against the pale linear background, giving the work remarkable depth and movement. The closer you look, the more there is to discover—tiny markings, shifts in texture, and unexpected details woven into the larger design.

A striking statement piece that rewards both distance and close viewing.
