The 2 oz vanilla extract is exceptionally potent and made with Madagascar Bourbon vanilla and a neutral spirit - no additives, fillers, or shortcuts. The 10 oz vanilla sugar carries that same rich vanilla character into an easy finishing and baking sugar.
